With the knowledge of Italian gelato masters and an understanding of ice crystals and pores, “Bliss Gelato” uses the freshest ingredients to make the highest quality Italian gelato.

The frozen “Bliss Gelato” desserts have no synthetic colours, no artificial flavours, and no preservatives, with an emphasis on fruits, berries and herbs grown in Latvia.

“Bliss Gelato” offers various gelato tastings and gelato-making masterclasses:

– Minimum number of persons for tasting – 10, maximum – 24;

– Masterclass duration up to 1 hour;

– Languages: Latvian or English.
